Production Time
The production time is 3-5 business days. Delivery times may be extended during holidays, but we usually strive to ship it as quickly as possible. Please note that we only prepare and ship items on BUSINESS DAYS, Monday through Friday.
REMEMBER: Production and shipping are two separate processes, each with its own timeframe.

Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. We send your order via UPS.
International shipping is unpredictable, and delays can occur at customs.
For international orders, once the package has left Italy, it is subject to your local postal service.
Delivery delays are also possible due to delivery services' workloads.

There is an express delivery option via UPS, but the price will be $21-23 more! Delivery time is 7 business days.

Custom Orders

Gift Wrapping
You can choose the gift card option and add a special note for the child (or parents) to congratulate them on a birthday or holiday.

Lost Package
If the item is delayed, we do not control the delivery services, but in case of delay, we will refund the shipping fees you paid.
If you're not satisfied with the product or delivery time, you can return the product within 30 days.

Customs Duties
Please be informed that, according to UK and German legislation, if you receive a package from a country outside the EU, customs fees may apply.
For Germany, there will be a shipping duty of 19% of the package's value. You will be notified by DHL where and when you can pay the VAT.
For the UK, any package subject to customs duties will also incur a Royal Mail Duty of £8.
All goods entering the UK valued above £15 are subject to import VAT.
Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it is your country's legislation. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
